Exactly what I was hoping I had ordered. It mates fine to my 870 Express Super Mag. Be sure to clean the barrel thoroughly before use. It had quite a bit of whatever they use to prevent them from rusting while they sit on the shelf. This barrel is rated for 2-3/4" and 3" shells. The finish is matte black.

This replacement barrel for my Remington 870 was exactly what I wanted. I searched on dozens of sites and MidwestHunterOutlet.com had the best price - plus the item was in stock. I will definitely go to Midwest the next time I need anything for my guns.
